Source machine < Switch 1 > < Switch 2 > < Switch 3 > Backup server
Every hour we backup from the source machine to the backup server, which creates bandwidth spikes and backup server HDD disk spin up and overall disk latency increase.
Zabbix alerts us on this, but how should I deal with such regular backup? we can't maintain it below 90% of overall bandwidth, and I am wondering how you guys deal with such case.
