Need help for newbie

Hello and sorry for my English.

I have installed Zabbix 2.4 on Ubuntu server. All is OK and now i have understand how Zabbix Work.

But i have some trouble.

I had imported Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2008 R2 domain controler Zabbix Template (here : https://zabbix.org/wiki/Zabbix_Templates).

So, i had imported Templates, install zabbix agent on Windows server, start performance service on Windows server. after that, i have add Host in zabbix same.

So, classic Template like OS Windows work very well but others Template don t work, i have not perf_counter.

In server log, i can this : "Cannot obtain performance information from collector."

i dont understand why There is something to put in agent configuration file or something else ?

in agent configuration, i put 127.0.0.1 like this :

Server=127.0.0.1, 10.4.0.24

it seems better but now i have this error :

"became not supported: Invalid performance counter format"
and after
"changed: Cannot obtain performance information from collector."

exemple of perf-counter in zabbix : perf_counter["\Processor Information(_Total)\% Idle Time",300]

my perf-counter are not in the same language, french for me

Not sure how the languages go across your companies systems. But if you have many different languages you support, the perf counters numeric representation as well. (also good for just troubleshooting perf counters)
