problem to monitoring a switch d-link DES-3552P 48 ports

Hello,

I am having problems to monitoring a switch d-link DES-3552P 48 ports,

Zabbix doesn't read more than 24 ports and also the CPU shows near 100% when if I see direct in the switch GUI console I saw no more than 30%

any idea ?

I am ausing the template Template Net D-Link DES_DGS Switch SNMPv2

Templates are a framework for building your monitoring systems. Understand what is written in it and how data elements are formed.
If the request is made via snmp, setting the bulk option can help. If you are using snmpv3, the device may not have enough power to work with cryptography - switch to snmpv2.
