Monitor a running Windows program

I've a problem, I would like to monitor a running windows process, for example, cmd.exe (I want to monitor that this program is running)

I've tried to add a trigger "{serverroc_cnt[cmd.exe].last(0)}<1"

but it's appear to not work

use "{serverroc.num[cmd.exe].last(0)}<1" instead for the windows agent.
