View specific triggers as/in a screen

I'm trying to do something that seems like it should be easy, but I've not yet been able to find an answer...
I have a check for my Ubuntu machines that queries apt-check to get the number of updates/security updates, then a trigger if those numbers are >0.
These give me informational alerts, which I can see as below with the list of machines that have updates available.
What I want is to be able to set a screen to show the list of hosts for that application of "Updates Available" (and an accompanying one of "Reboot Required"), but I've only been able to make one that shows all hosts (which isn't specific enough)
Am I going to be able to make this do what I want? or is there an alternative?

In the long term, the idea was to grab the resulting host list out via the API and send that to an ansible-based script that goes off and updates the machines automatically. So I have the ends of that journey, just not the middle bit.

    Thanks,
    Sean
