Help With snmp traps on zabbix 4.4.5

hi everyone ,

i have a problem with my zabbix
i try to monitor device using snmp traps and i am not getting any alerts on my zabbix gui ,
but when i am checking the zabbix server /var/log/zabbix/snmptrap.log
i am see that the traps are showing there.

i think that the problem is with my templates but i am not sure.

Does any of the debugging or information from this forum thread help? That thread was for snmp traps going to a Zabbix proxy, but some of the information should still be useful.
