    How To Monitor Temperature & fan Of Radware (Alteon) switch ?

    Dear All,
    on Zabbix Homepage i can search cisco template to monitor temperature , fans or PSU status but i can not find out template for Radware alteon Switch . i don't know how to set up with key or OID , so if some on have manual link or template , please share with me. Thank you so much

    Are you sure that this device is able to give the temperature value over SNMP (http://www.oidview.com/mibs/89/RADWARE-MIB.html)?
    Read https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...itemtypes/snmp how to check the OIDs available on your device.
    Try to find MIB files for your device.

      i find out 1 template on internet for radware & it's working but unlucky for me this template don't have monitor temperature or fans .
      I find out IOD of radware & setting same that template but it don't get data

        Have you tried getting this values using snmpwalk?

          Yes , but i don't know why OID is correct but it can not get data

            versions:
            1) the manufacturer did not implement the OID data in this device
            2) you are looking at the MIB not from your device \ firmware
            3) the SNMP configuration of the device has a restriction (view) on access to certain branches.
