First of all, I would like to get some more details.
    1) Do you have an access to your company network from home PC?
    2) Does the company network (any device) have an access to your home PC?
    3) Could you install any additional server (physical OR virtual) in your company network?
    4) Which functionality would you like to have from "monitoring" software? Do you need alerts about network outage? Load of Servers? Free space on HDD? Leftover printers toner? Please, describe your request a little bit more precise.

    Short answers.
in case 1) - you can install Zabbix Server on your PC and Zabbix Agents on all servers in your company network + use SNMP for any SNMP-compatible devices. Your home Zabbix Server will request information from Zabbix Agents and SNMP devices.

in case 2) - all Agents can send the information to your Home Zabbix Server. You will lose all SNMP functionality if you don't have an access to your Home PC.

in case 3) - you can install Zabbix Server in company network and use WEB-interface to control LAN and configure server.
    Sincerely yours,
    Aleksey

      Aib, Thanks for responding!

about your questions, not yet ... this computer does not have access to the internal corporate network.

as to the third question, the company already has an installed zabbix server on their internal network.

as to the fourth question, I just want to do ICMP Ping to see if the web server, critical servers and routers are online (ideally not install zabbix agent on these hosts).

      Greetings.
