Trigger Disk IO overload add more info

Hello,
Is it possible to add a list of the running processes to the trigger from template OS Linux / Disk IO overload when it's fired?
Wounderful would it be, when in the email which is send, the 5 most IO loaded processes (iowait) are displayed.

How can I change the template and add the information to the mail body?

I would also like to do this

By the time I log into a server to check, after the "Disk IO Overloaded" message, it is already resolved. It would be great if the email gave me a "top -n 1" with that email notification.
