Zabbix Information problem

Is there any ways to hide the message "problem" with severity Information , for example i keep seeing on my dashboard "Operating system has been changed" i want this message to disappear after certain amount of time and the counter will be zero and not showing and number of this issue, the below pictures explaining what i mean here

You can create a closing trigger function that closes problem after N minutes.

I use some "NON CLASSIFIED" triggers that I want to show as information for 2 minutes, but really I don't do anything for them.

example: When an application stops production line I open a "problem" with message like "Station XXX stopped line".
This comes from an station log message, and I have no message when station releases line, so I close problem after 2 minutes (and I don't need to close these problems manualy every time).

Since this alert is just informative for me (I'm ICT, and stop line is part of production process and is controlled by Production guys using SCADA) I only store these problems as informative and a rapid reference for daily monitoring (like "we have 35 stop lines from 10 stations")
