MySQL Template - Intervals problem?

Good Morning Zabbix Community

I am writing here, becouse I have problem with MySQL Template in Zabbix.
I installed zabbix agent on server, configurated files zabbix-agent configuration and .my.cnf.
I created user in mysql and granted him USAGE,REPLICATION CLIENT,PROCESS,SHOW DATABASES,SHOW VIEW ON privilages.
On zabbix i cretated host, and added mysql template.

I think i did all ok, becouse when i create item to monitor mysql parameters like uptime or status, it works well. (screen1)

But i cant get data from oryginal mysql template in zabbix. I dont know why it is not working. (screen2)



Can somebody help me with that issue?

You can try runing the Item that doesnt work directly from zabbix and see what is the issue. run it with zabbix_get
