Process Autodiscover in Windows

Can you please help me how to auto discover the existing process running in a windows machine .

Hi Splitek,

In windows there is a option called service.discovery where we can discover all the services running in the windows machine .
I wanted to do the same for process so that I can just enable on what all process trigger can be configured. I already know the above mentioned command tasklist to retrieve the process list running in a machine manually but I just wanted to know how to configure this into a auto-discovery and enable triggers. Can you please guide me how to achieve this please.
