well, is it running? Do you have web interface on the same server, where zabbix server is installed?

Hi, did you check the logs of the Zabbix Server (zabbix_server.log) ? to try to understand what happens.

Change SELinux config parameter from "enforcing" to "disabled" (/etc/selinux/config)
Restart your server after change and it should work.

          I'll just leave this here

          if SELinux is issue:
          Code:
          setsebool -PV zabbix_can_network 1

Hi, this doesnt work as i tried before:

              # This file controls the state of SELinux on the system.
              # SELINUX= can take one of these three values:
              # enforcing - SELinux security policy is enforced.
              # permissive - SELinux prints warnings instead of enforcing.
              # disabled - No SELinux policy is loaded.
              SELINUX=disabled
              # SELINUXTYPE= can take one of these two values:
              # targeted - Targeted processes are protected,
              # mls - Multi Level Security protection.
              #SELINUXTYPE=targeted

Do you have all components (database, web UI, zabbix-server) installed on the same server?

run these commands and show output:
                  Code:
                  cat /etc/zabbix/web/zabbix.conf.php
                  service zabbix-server status
                  sestatus
                  getsebool zabbix_can_network

                    Hi,

It's useful, that's due to the Access denied of the user zabbix@localhost.

                    solved.

                    Thanks for sharing.
