Delete items from DB from a deleted host

Hello people, I been wondering i have an issue with zabbix which i cannot create items with the same key or so it says using the discovery rules, It says the items already exists so it wont create them, i already tried using the Keep lost resources to 0, but it didnt work since the host has already been deleted by me.

I tried looking for the items on the DB but because the host is gone i have no Hostid to use to find the items that still exists. IS there a way to cleanup those items that are hiding? Since my host cannot create the "same" items because of this issue.
