Monitoring stuff other than networks

I was wondering if Zabbix can be used for monitoring things like industrial processes? More specifically, would it be possible to monitor things like voltages, current, power, frequency, fuel storage, fuel flows... etc.

Of course. Zabbix has several gathering data methods. Choose one of them according to your devices supports.
