Zabbix Discoverer, How to stop it from adding hosts who already exist

I want my zabbix discoverer to pickup new machines, and add them to the "discovered hosts" grouping.

This works, however after i organize the machines and remove them from this group - they get READDED.

How can i prevent Zabbix from adding them to that group again if i've already put them into different groups?

This is what i have so far.

I want to add new hosts and sort into hosts discovered, but if they exist already to not add them to host discovered. This way i know which machines are new and know to sort them out of that group.

How about checking for: Discovery status = Discoverd? See Action conditions and Host Discovered
Btw, you might also be interested in Group for discovered hosts.

Wouldn't i want Discovery Status to NOT equal discovered (which isn't an option)? IF i haven't been discovered, THEN add me?

But from what im reading it as is; IF Host = Already Discovered, THEN Trigger. Else dont set off this action..
