Dashboard - Show number of hosts cwhat contains the word "failed" in an item

Hello everybody,

I'm new with Zabbix and I've some difficulty to do something, hope you can help me

I've an infrastructure of 500 hosts and each hour, Zabbix get the content of a txt file on each servers (item vfs.file.contents).
The content of the file can have two value (Ok or Failed), If the value is Failed, a problem is created.

Now I would like to show in a dashboard the number of hosts with the value "Failed" (interval one hour) to know how many hosts still in error AND have the possibility to look in the history how many hosts were in error last week, last month.

I tried with graph with bar but my graph is empty
