Windows active check / functional question / Problem with Connections

Hello everybody, I have set up a test zabbix server and have problems with the setup. I would like to ask a general question of understanding before trying to solve problems. I have set up a Zabbix Server from a provider X as VPS / VM. I want to monitor an external Windows 10 agend. The Agend is installed and working without issues No problem if I set up port forwarding on the Windows 10 PC. But I want that without port forwarding. I thought that's the active check, a method of connecting from a Zabbix agent to a Zabbix server The Windows PC should send data to the zabbix server that has an open port. Not the host.
Is that possible or did I misunderstand the concept? Thank you for your time and help

Yes, Active Checks work without port-forwarding. Please make sure that you have configured the "ServerActive" parameter in the Zabbix Agent configuration file.

Also make sure that you have port-forwarded your Zabbix server on port 10051. You either need port-forwarding on the agent (passive checks) or port-forwarding on the server (active checks).
