    Update Interval -- Specific Times

    Hello,

I have a database monitor item running to check a subset of data once per hour. The data in the database is refreshed once per hour, as well. However, the refreshed data is not usually available in our database until 10 minutes after the top of the hour. Therefore, I want my database monitor item to continue running once per hour, but I want it to run specifically 15 minutes after the top of the hour, after the new information is available. I thought the key to doing this might lie in the "New flexible intervals", but at this point, I am still not sure how to get the item to update at a specific point in the hour.

    Any help or suggestions?

Use trapper item and zabbix_sender command to sample data and send it on exact time you need.
