Active check error in zabbix.server.log

I have 5 Windows server configured in zabbix but I'm getting the following error in the log for for all of them:

1219:20141128:120144.149 cannot send list of active checks to [192.168.100.31]: host [Windows host] not found

not found? They are in the zabbix host list and have status "monitored"

Please, keep in mind: Hostname= in zabbix_agent.conf on the client has to be the same, as you have as name of Host on Zabbix Server.

"Windows host" looks like default name. Please, correct all Hostname on clients PC and restart agents.

Also, if you configure ServerActive= on client's PC, the client's agent will ask server about configuration. If you have zero (0) Item's configured as "Zabbix agent(active)", you will get the message as you have in your log-file. Because it is reality - zero(0) items found for Active monitoring.
