Help Question CPU AVG

Hi,

I have a question how can I create a trigger for CPU AVG that when 10 CPUs are running in total on 70% I get an alert.
Now I get an alert when one of the 10 CPU's running more than 90%

Or is it by default al in a Bundle I cannot find it?

Can someone help me, please?
