How to monitor my server up/down used bandwidth

I have zabbix installed on my vps server and I would like to add to monitors the up and down used bandwitdth.

I try surching how to add it, but did not find.

Can someone help me with that please.

Hi,
And you think is a good idea to use the bw to monitor the up/down status? even your server have always the same BW sometimes it could be less (zero?) than your expects because no use on midnight for example.

I think there's a lot of ways to monitor the up/down status for example:
.- icmp
.- some services up/down status
.- nodata triggers
...
