It's not clear to me what you mean by "supports"? What exactly do you want to accomplish?
My experience with netflow data is that it's voluminous; trying to store all of it in a traditional relational database would require lots of disk space and I/O bandwidth, I would think.
My site isn't currently integrating Zabbix with netflow tools like nfsen or FlowViewer, but I'm sure there are things that could be done to integrate them in some ways. Zabbix has powerful integration capabilities and they are continuing to improve (e.g. querying Prometheus, and the forthcoming UI improvements for easier integration with other web products).
