Install zabbix 4.4 without internet.

I would like to install zabbix 4.4 to monitor servers and and switches in a datacenter. The sever that zabbix would be installed on cannot connect to the internet.
Would I need to download all the packages from the repo for mariadb installation?

Yes, but not all packages; just the ones you need. If your server can't fetch the packages from the Zabbix repos because of network restrictions, then you need to download the packages using a system that does have internet connectivity and place the packages somewhere that your Zabbix server can see them.

If you're going to use MariaDB as your database, and assuming you're using Apache httpd for the web server for the front end, then your server only needs to download the 4 packages that are listed in step 2b on https://www.zabbix.com/download
