Help with Escalations

Hi all,

I am trying to get a simple escalation to occur. If something is still a PROBLEM after a given time, we need to notify a manager. I have tried following what is on the wiki to make this happen, but no matter what I try, the second action never occurs. The first step works just fine. And I know Zabbix isn't executing the action because when I search the mail.log on the server there is no attempt to even send the message. Below are my settings. Running 2.4.2 on Debian Wheezy Thanks!

I have escalations working fine and I think I've got mine setup differently to you. Hopefully this will help.

I've got different actions setup. One for immediate. One for escalation after 10 mins of not being acknowledged and another after 30 mins of not being acknowledged which goes to the bosses. It looks like the difference I have is that each action only has the one step. For my 10 and 30 minute alerts, I have the step set to 2 for from and to. For the immediate action, my step is set to 1.

Thanks for your response. I will give that config a shot and let you know if it worked out. in the meantime, my zabbix server crashed and I'm trying to recover from db corruption :/
