For which table create partition (Mysql) in v2.4.0

    Hello,

I find a lot of information regarding table partition (Mysql)
but I can't find which table can be with partition in order to be able upgrade zabbix without problems in future.
For example, I find that if "event" table has partition - upgrade from 2.0. to 2.2 will failed ...

For tables history*, trends* it's ok, I already have it and upgraded zabbix from 2.2 to 2.4

    What about the following ?
    -acknowledges
    -alerts
    -auditlog
    -events
    -service_alarms

    How to clean trigger* tables?
I have in Zabbix WEB in Monitoring -> Triggers several triggers with "No events" that 2m old even that Housekeeping define :Trigger data storage period (in days) 5

    Thanks for the help!

No. I still didn't find any explanation how to do it.
We have partitions only for history* & trends* tables

So than, out of interest, what do you do with all the historical Trigger's in the WEB -> Triggers dashboard? Do you just filter the display?

most of them disappeared (deleted) by housekeeping (I config 90 days old) but not all of them

we have 12000 triggers today :

only 2 triggers with "No events" and

~200 older that 90 days, that for some reason ( that I don't understand) was not deleted by housekeeping but since all of them "Acknowledged" and our NOC filter to see only "with last event unacknowledged" it's not a big issue for us
Could someone explain why housekeeping not delete some of triggers?

          Thanks!
