From 2.2.7 to 2.2.8 [upgrade]

Hello, I have one question about upgrade procedure from 2.2.7 to 2.2.8. Are here any changes for database? I'm using MySQL.

I have this question, because I migrate zabbix between servers. From old server (2.2.7) I export database and I import database to 2.2.8 installation... All works fine, no errors or warning.

Minor/update releases (2.2.7, 2.2.8, ...) don't touch the database by any means. You can up- and downgrade within a major release (2.2.x) arbitrarily. Just stop the service, replace the binary and start the service again.
