How to make Java gateway active?

Hi,

Remote Zabbix server cant connect to my local Java gateway agent because I cant open port on local server.
How can Zabbix server get the data from Java gateway agent in this case?

You didnt understand me:
Application server requirements do not allow to open the port required for communication between the zabbix server and the Java gateway agent.

Is it possible to make Java gateway agent active agent?
