I need help about ./configure

Hi,
I'm a bit confused about ./configure command.
If I install ./configure --enable-agent then install ./configure --enable-java , then ./configure --enable-server does 2nd or 3rd commands affect 1st one?
Should I use command together like ./configure --enable-java --enable-agent --enable-server or
I can use separately?

Use them all at once then compile.
