Monitoring > Hosts > Screens Shows 3 column graphs

Hello guys, i am new here so i apologies if i's opening topic on a wrong place.

    Zabbix 5.0
    I have a strange problem.
when i go to MOnitoring > Hosts , every host has there (1) screens. I have no idea from where this screen came. when i click on it, it directly goes to screen page which is called Network Interfaces and shows graphs of all interfaces of that host. Thats oki, thats exactly what i want, but the case is there is 3 columns. I have no idea where to edit this. i could never find this "Network Interfaces" screen template or whatever causes it to make 3 columns.

but it has not any screens configured.

yea i know i can make my own custom screens which i did and they work fine from Monitoring > Screens menu but when i go from hosts to screen then i get this result of some default Network Interfaces screen.

can i get a help to find where this template is located or where to edit this "Network interfaces " Screen..

    Thx...

The screen is set in "Template Module Interfaces SNMPv2" linked with "Template Net Cisco IOS SNMPv2". Isn't this the screen?
