TAG and Discovery vmware

I have a Zabbix server 4.4.8 and many Zabbix Proxies to monitor network and vmware servers.
I use "Template VM VMware" for automatic discovery but often I get the error "Cannot create host: host with the same visible name".
I have several VMs with the same name.

Is it possible in the "Template VM VMware" to add a customized TAG in the discover? So I can have hosts with the name TAG-VM1
I was unable to use a HOST MACRO in VMWARE Discovery.
