Secure Installation of Zabbix

Hi All,

Does Zabbix provide a https URL for downloading the package. The official doc is mentioning a normal http doc

Also, Is it possible to identify if the following ppa maintainer is an official one:

https://launchpad.net/~9v-shaun-42/+archive/ubuntu/zabbix22

A bit concerned about the security aspect.

You seem to be right, I cannot find a https link for the packages. Perhaps Zabbix have the file hashes published somewhere as they do for the pre-compiled agents:

However, the hash from the same http link won't be much helpful, right?


So the next possible option is to go for PPA installation, right?
