How to configure soft/hard alerts like in Nagios

I want to change the monitoring of my invironment from Nagios to Zabbix. One of the feature is most important for me in Nagios is soft/hard alerts. For example: if Memory Usage on the server is more that 95%, lets continue check on silence mode another 3 check and if fourth check is still 90%, the alert will show up on deashboard and send email.
Because now I receive too many alerts just because some time memory or CPU jumping to high level

So how can I configre trigger to check 3 times on a silence mode and if all of 3 checks will be positive, the alert will show up on deashboard and send email.

    Thanks

Check the Zabbix documentation on triggers (thresholds) and trigger functions. You can use functions like min(), max(), last(), and many others, and you can apply the functions over a period (e.g. min(30m)) or time-shifted.

Alternately, you can accomplish the same thing in a different way. You could write your triggers so that they detect the problem immediate (rather than requiring several readings in a row over the threshold) but don't start alerting until a period of time has passed, using escalations for your actions. That way, you can see the issue in the web interface (if you happen to be looking at it) but no one gets alerted until an amount of time has passed that you've configured.
