Zabbix to log and graph number of IIS Resets in a day

    Greetings,

I'm monitoring clusters of IIS Servers, and want to be able to have Zabbix graph number of IIS Resets over time.

I attempted creating an item to grab logs matching a specific ID number, but am not able to generate a trigger. Am I even going about this the right way? I could really use a hand...

    Thanks,

    Brandon

If you need just a NUMBER of resets, check log.count[]
      Sincerely yours,

Can you provide some instructions on how to do so, specifically this?

Unfortunately, Zabbix hasn't item eventlog.count, so you need a calculated item for your IIS log item with function count() in the formula.

This isn't sufficient - are there instructions on handling my exact scenario?
