    Zabbixx monitoring HP Server

I have a hp server and use zabbix monitoring it's ILO by Template Server HP iLO SNMPv2.

Now it have a probles in the dashboard, this erro information is "System status is in critical state."

but I check the ILO of the server, the status is OK, that don't have any error.

    what do I do?

    This problems is log history.

The server has a hard disk failure, then it has been fixed.

But, the problem record always in the log.

Can I do anything other than delete logs?

Does the problem (event) that was generated allow you to click the "Close problem" checkbox and resolve the issue that way?

        it isn't allow.

Can I create a trigger that allow manual close?

I have the same problem today after importing the new zabbix 5.0 ilo template.
The problem is the ilo log history.
Go to the ilo webinterface and clear the logs. After that the trigger "System status is in critical state" go green.

Edit: The OID es ok, when is ok have the number 2 and when the log is full (and others problems) is un number 4. But have to wait a couple of time to refresh the status.

I resolved this issue selecting the error log line in the IML tab of the iLO interface, and then marked as "repaired" with the wrench icon button at the top of the log list!

i have cleaned the IML log via iLO, but in zabbix still showing system status is in critical state, how long will it take ?

I'm sorry hkmix for late reply.
Usually it takes a small amount of time, if you want to speed up the process, you need to force the discovery process for that item

I had the exact same issue with Zabbix 6.2 and this solved it.
