Trigger Email at specific time intervals.

I am trying to figure out how I might go about setting up some triggers to alert when a server is unavailable.

    Something like this:

ICMPorAGENT No Ping: >2Min Email DL
ICMPorAGENT No Ping: >5Min Email DL
ICMPorAGENT No Ping: >10Min Email Pager

I have read the instructions and now I'm trying to "remember" and put this knowledge to use. Right now I've been messing with the agent and seeing if I could use that as a trigger. The thing I don't understand is how to get the delay I want and ensure it goes to the right email.

Thank you. I wasn't sure where to go.

Okay I read and the doc just seems confusing. I have no clue what to do from the documentation.

    I'm getting closer.

In the examples I found this:

    Example 7

    Server is unreachable

    {zabbix.zabbix.com:icmpping.count(30m,0)}>5
The expression is true if host “zabbix.zabbix.com” is unreachable more than 5 times in the last 30 minutes.

Now I need to figure out how to send an email at different intervals to different people

I'm lost still. The screenshots in the documentation don't match what I see.

I was on the old docs. I'm using the 5.0 docs now.

Check Example 3 on Escalation page and think about "STEPs"
Default step duration - 1 min
Step 2 - send email to DL
Step 5 - send email to DL
Step 10 - send email to PAGER
          Sincerely yours,
          Aleksey

Actions don't seem to get triggered. I've tried several different conditions.

              Are Actions tied to Discovery?

I had setup a range for discovery and disabled it while testing. Only after I turned Discovery back on did my Actions start working.
