Error Zabbix Agent

I have this error when I try to connect a server to monitor this:

Received empty response from Zabbix Agent at [XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX]. Assuming that agent dropped connection because of access permiss

I tried every configuration I've found on Google, nothing works.

Even knowing that the hostname must match on the host machine.

maybe incorrect ip address of ZabbixServer in conf file?

Try connect via "telnet ip 10050" from server and from pc.

post here your agent config.

Version of agent and server is same ?
post here full error log and conf file.
Maybe you set incorrect item key in agent config
