Cannot edit or update Dashboard as the admin user

I hope that someone can please help me with this issue.
As the admin user, I cannot edit or update Dashboard. I also cannot create a new user to test.

Does anyone know why this might be happening.

This issue can be closed. was hidded blocking that caused the issue.

can you write what you did? Because i cannot edit Global View Dashboard, Create Dashboard. I can create Dashboard only for host.

Ok, disregard my message. It is problem with chrome, in another browser it works.
