Upgrade Zabbix Appliance 4 to 5

Hello,

I have a Zabbix 4 installed with the Appliance in Ubuntu 16.04 working well.

I would like to move to Zabbix 5 but I need PHP 7.2 not available on Ubuntu 16.04.

I can't upgrade the distribution to 18.04 nor 20.04 (repository problem and disk space problem).

What is the best way to do it then? I have a new 5 installed under SLES 15 SP1 but empty. I was thinking of exporting objects one by one but this will be long as a lot of customization has been done...

The strange things I see is with a fresh new install in 4.4.9 the interface is different from the one I have in 4.4.9 on my appliance (upgraded from 4.2 to 4.4 a few times).

I'am wondering if my DB is correct or not.

What is your suggestion to move to ZAbbix 5 from my Appliance?

I see in Zabbix 5 database that there are 146 templates, in my Zabbix 4.4.9 DB I only have 109 (Template OS Linux is now Template OS Linux by Zabbix agent for instance). If I dump my 4.4.9 DB I will not have the new templates... As you see I'm a bit confused with the upgrade process...
