error: unpacking of archive failed on file /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-ZABBIX

I am new to Zabbix but would really like to at least PoC it in our network. When I tried to download and install Zabbix. I got an error when installing zabbix repository and think it is something dumb on my side. I tried multiple Zabbix version and received the same error messages. Can you help!

    Does the directory /etc/pki/rpm-gpg exist?

On my RHEL 7.8 Zabbix server:

    Code:
    $ls -ald /etc/pki/rpm-gpg
    drwxr-xr-x. 2 root root 4096 Apr 13 16:03 /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/
    $rpm -q -f /etc/pki/rpm-gpg
    redhat-release-server-7.8-2.el7.x86_64
