Host keeps auto registration every min

Good Morning

About 3 months ago we setup a proxy in a remote data center, in our setup we use discovery for the servers to assign templates and manually add workstations and assign just a basic windows os template, Starting yesterday two workstations started tripping the auto registration every min. The workstation already is setup in the master Zabbix server. They are reporting the same IP and host name that is already setup?

Why is this system do a registration over and over?

Autoregistration is rerun:

• if host metadata information changes:
  • due to HostMetadata changed and agent restarted
  • due to value returned by HostMetadataItem changed
• for manually created hosts with metadata missing
• if a host is manually changed to be monitored by another Zabbix proxy
• if autoregistration for the same host comes from a new Zabbix proxy

I see this most frequently when someone clones a host, check the history for the meta data item, it it's flopping from one to another, you have 2 different hosts.

I looked at the metadata in the logs and I do not see a change, also i am getting more host triggering the auto-registration to the point it is flooding my email, i have the auto-registration send a message, the problem has now spread to a second proxy.
