i got this error after adding oracle template i go in discovery roles

I added the Oracle Environment variable to all users on zabbix server ( ORACLE_HOME , PATH , TNS_ADMIN , LD_LIBRARY_PATH )
i can access any DB using sqlplus or isql , but still getting error in zabbix portal for any check run on DB instance ,
can you please advice ?
