Some of the agents have like 175 triggers (like windows agents), for example
| <code> {#SERVICE.STARTUPNAME}) </code> but you have to go into each rinky dink trigger and select allow manual close. Would there be a reason as to not to do this as well? I am finding it very nice that when I check close and acknowledge, a problem, the dashboard status automatically goes to Resolved (or maybe that was setup elsewhere, not sure). |
