I'm using the "Template Module Windows Services by Zabbix Agent" template which I think performs service discovery. I've exported the template and looked at the XML, but I can't see anything about severity in the template itself. I noticed that all of the service discovery triggers are set to "Medium" severity in the user interface. Is there a way to change this severity on a per service basis other than cloning the trigger, setting the severity, enabling it, and then disabling the old trigger? There are some service triggers that I would like to be set to high or critical if they go down, but not all of them. I'm very new to Zabbix, so I'm just getting a feel for how it works. I searched the forums, but I didn't find an answer to my question. I hope I'm not repeating a question that's already been answered! Thanks!
