Block Device Discovery - Random Disks

Hey everyone. Maybe someone has seen this issue before but I am pulling my hair out with this one.

I am using the provided Linux OS template with the Block Device Discovery module template.

I have been having an issue where on a specific set of servers it is finding thousands of disks named with random numbers that do not actually exist.

I cannot find any reason this would be happening.192.168.0.1 routerlogin 192.168.l.l
