Discovery actions

I have a discovery rule checking SNMPv2 agent ".1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0" and SNMPv2 agent ".1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0" for a list of ips and I'm trying to setup actions to add host, template and host group. I tried a bunch of way now I was trying two actions

A and (B and C)
Discovery check equals MIkrotik ap2: SNMPv2 agent ".1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0"
Discovery rule equals MIkrotik ap2
Received value contains RouterOS
Operation
add host

I tried some other combinations but can't figure it out it just keeps adding everything.
