Critically low disk space - action not executing

Hi All, I have some hosts monitored as active agents. Some are Windows machines. I use the builtin Windows Active Agent template. I have the following action.

The host is definitely in the group.
However no action is being triggered

I recreated the action but can't get the action to trigger

This is because the problem is generated from a trigger prototype and not a trigger from a template. I added a tag and value to the prototype trigger and used it in the action, AKA instead of Trigger Name (which doesnt exist as its a trigger prototype) select Tag value and fill in the tag you set on the trigger prototype
