Help with trigger for a web scenario

Hi.
I need some help with trigger for the web scenario.

And i want to create the trigger for each locations.
So, how can i create this trigger?
For one location i use a trigger:
{test.example.com:web.test.rspcode[front checker.test1].last(#2)}<>200
But if i have many locations, it will be difficult create a trigger for each ones.

Maybe do a different host for every location?
So you can build template (with macros). Connect that template to every host you need and done.
