Update to 4.0: cannot configure host items and discovery

System:
Centos 7.8, PHP 5.6, MariaDB 5.5, HTTPd 2.4.6

Updated from Zabbix 3.4 to Zabbix 4.0 via the official repository (repo.zabbix.com).

Problem (since update):
Selecting "Items" or "Discovery" of a single host in Configuration > Hosts produces a grey screen, only the top bar remains, while selecting "Applications", "Triggers" or "Graphs" produces correct pages. It does not matter if the host has 3 or 30 items assigned to it.

What does not work:
- Clearing the browser cache
- different browsers (error is the same in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome)
- setting memory_limit = 1024M in php.ini (was 128M before)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you are using Zabbix 4.0.23, maybe it's a bug at the following URL:

Thank you, that is indeed the problem. Downgrading solves the issue temporarily.
