Monitor Zabbix Proxy Time Difference

I recently had a problem with items queuing on the proxy. In the end the problem was actually that the time on the zabbix proxy server was 32 seconds behind the time on the zabbix primary.

I recently saw a template that would monitor the time difference between proxy and primary, but now I can't find it. Can anyone post the link to that info or tell me how to achieve this please?
